There is a number of features that we would like to add that are currently not implemented.

  • Add image registration tool
    • Allow loading of microscopy and IMS datasets
    • Allow extraction of arbitrary images when IMS data is .imzML or Bruker .d
    • Allow extraction of images for specific ROI.
